Music has the power to unite people across cultural, language and generational divides. Harness the creative pulse of Berlin’s celebrated electronic music scene for your team through a unique and non-competitive music-making workshop, where participants of all levels make and share their very own tracks in a supportive and celebratory environment.

Workshop Content:
Through two hours of music-making, participants will create their own short electronic tracks, using industry-leading software Ableton Live, learning about the basics of audio-production through supported experimentation and play. They will then share the music they’ve made in a celebratory and non-critical listening session with their colleagues.
Benefits:
Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of electronic music making, and will learn how to give supportive feedback and creative reflections. This workshop improves listening skills, engages creativity, and fosters connection between colleagues.

Workshop Content:
With a free trial of the popular Ableton Live software and a set of provided audio samples, you and your friends will make your very own tracks while being given expert technical and creative support and guidance. Designed for beginners all the way through to experts, this workshop is an empowering and exciting experience for anyone with a curiosity about how music makes its way from an idea all the way to the dancefloor.

I particularly seek to support people who have had disempowering experiences with music education in the past, and those for whom music-making has always seemed out of reach.
